You have the power to return the products to us within 90 days of delivery for any reason. We want to make this super easy for you.
To Qualify For A Refund:
- Kindly return the parcel to us the way it was when we have delivered it to you. Do request for the refund within 90 days of the date of purchase. Requests can be made through our Email.
- We do not allow refunds if the product has been installed, removed and sent for return. The product needs to be in the original and re-sellable condition.
- Download the Purchase Return Form, fill it up and email to us. Choose the shipping company of your choice and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- All returned parcels must be accompanied by their assigned Purchase Return Form and number on the shipping labels to be valid for return.
Once we have received your parcel, we will conduct a complete quality check. Refunds are issued within 3 to 7 working days after the product has been received by the warehouse.
The item received needs to be in original and brand-new condition for refunds.

Accessories and sundries products like flooring adhesives, decking fasteners, trims and moldings, and moisture control products. Sales products, discontinued items, kits, underlayment unless the product is defective. Color shades may vary slightly and do allow expansion and contraction for all flooring products.

All returns over 90 days are not approved. Any parcels without a Purchase Return Form number will be rejected upon delivery. Also, we will not refund any additional fees incurred for returning the products like return shipping costs and more.
